What if I told you: You don’t have to live with Chronic Low Back Pain
Want to know the one thing I used to HATE seeing on my patient schedule?
Chronic low back pain.
As a new grad, these patients felt impossible to treat, I felt ill-equipped to help them, and I’ll be honest in that many of them struggled to improve. I know I’m not the only PT who has ever felt this way, but over the years my view of chronic low back pain has changed. I now see these patients as opportunities to share HOPE.
There are only possibilities in their future, not a dead end. It takes a multi-faceted approach to treat chronic low back pain successfully. But when a patient is ready to do the work and make some changes not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally, these patients have a great chance of getting better over time. I’ve seen it in my clinic time and time again.
Chronic low back pain can be debilitating. It can change the way you live, keeping you from doing the things you want and need to do. It can feel like it takes over your life and rules your day. But it doesn’t have to be this way. If you feel like you’ve exhausted every option and that there is no hope, I’d love to help you.
If you’re looking for someone to fix you with a magical stretch, exercise, or treatment…I’m not your gal, and honestly, you’ll be hard-pressed to find what you’re looking for. But if you are looking for someone to give you not just exercises/stretches that are going to help you heal, but also teach and educate you with a lifestyle and whole-body approach to treating your pain and giving YOU the tools to help you heal…I would be honored to serve you.
