Pelvic Core Online Training

 I’m so excited that you are interested in my pelvic core online group training! I designed this course specifically with YOU in mind, the busy woman who is struggling with some pelvic floor and core weakness, but simply doesn’t have the time to make and go to MORE appointments. If you are like me, you already are running kids to the Dr, the dentist, and you have a hundred other things on your calendar. Scheduling a women’s health physical therapy appointment just isn’t a priority amidst all the other things you have to do.

This course is for you if:

  1. You have mild to moderate incontinence symptoms such as leaking when you cough, sneeze, jump, run, etc.
  2. You know your core is weak after having babies, but you are unsure of what is safe or unsafe to do.
  3. You have a mild/moderate diastasis that you’d like to correct.
  4. You notice a little heaviness/pressure in the vagina but symptoms aren’t severe or have been told you have a mild/moderate pelvic organ prolapse.
  5. You struggle with some chronic or recurring back/pelvic pain.

What you will need:

  1. Time each week to watch the weekly video/take notes if necessary
  2. 5-10 min/day to do your exercises
  3. Commitment to show up and stick with it – I’ve done enough coaching groups in the past to know that most people start to taper off after week 3. This is just 4 weeks, but if you want to see results, I need you to be able to stick with it!

What you will get:

  1. Weekly in-depth video teaching sessions (anywhere from 20-40 minutes – the first are longer and the last are shorter) – I’m going to educate and teach you just like I would if you were my patient in the clinic and give you all my tips/tricks to get your pelvic floor and deep core muscles working well.
  2. Accountability – to do your exercises each day – they will take you around 5-10 min/day.
  3. Daily women’s health tips/education and the freedom to ask me any questions, clarify something, further instruction, etc. I will always get back to you within 24 hours. I need to keep a work schedule for the sake of my family, but I have work time built into Mon-Fri.
  4. Education on how to transfer what you are learning to daily function and more high level/high impact exercise if that is what you desire.

Pelvic core class was beneficial on many levels. She walks you through a few exercises each week, building each week to strengthen and build your focus on using the correct muscles. I personally noticed changes/ strengthening within the first week! As a chiropractor and a mom, this is a class that I will recommend to my patients as well as my mom friends!
