How to Weightlift 101 class

Are you a woman who would like to strength train but feels unsure about how to lift correctly? Muscle mass is a key component of our metabolism and function as we age, and yet most women I work with struggle to even squat with good form!

In "How to Lift 101," you'll learn:
1. How to lift with correct form and posture
2. How to correctly engage the pelvic floor and inner core for stability and injury prevention
3. All the major muscle groups and multiple ways to train each one.
4. The components of a good weightlifting program and how to set one up.
5. Confidence walking into a gym or doing a program from the comfort of your own home.
6. Knowledge on how to actually gain muscle and stay strong for decades to come!

Pelvic core rehab class

For the mom's looking to build core strength back!

I'm bringing everything I've learned in my decades of serving over a thousand postpartum women! This is for any postpartum woman (whether you're 2 weeks postpartum or 20 years!) who wants to strengthen the core and pelvic floor, heal ab separation, deal with any leaking or vaginal heaviness, urgency, low back/pelvic pain, and more! Let's fix any lingering issues so you can live the active lifestyle you desire without any limitations! While most of these issues are considered "common" postpartum, they don't have to be your normal!
