Whether we're helping you through your first pregnancy or if you are 20 years postpartum and struggling with low back pain. I offer in-person and virtual physical therapy appointments, and an entire OB package to help you thrive through pregnancy and postpartum! Exercise & Education

So many of the issues plaguing women pre and postpartum are due to diastasis & a weak pelvic floor. Fortunately, these muscles can be strengthened & rebuilt, but women have not been taught how to safely & effectively do so. If you’re ready to ditch the panty liners & ab separation, join me in one of my online courses. These courses equip you to see the changes you’ve hoped for in your body, without the time commitment of weekly appointments or expensive gym memberships.

I’m Tanya, and I’m so glad you stopped by! I’m foremost a daughter of Christ, desiring each day to look more like my Savior! I’m married to my high school sweetheart of 19 years, and we raise 5 sweet kiddos.

God has given me a passion and heart for serving and speaking truth to women. I have learned from experience that when we are “well” in all aspects of our health, we can better serve in the areas we are called and love those around us. Each woman has been given a good body at every stage of life, and I desire to see women embrace who they were created to be and live life to the fullest.
