Tanya’s pelvic core class was beneficial on many levels. She walks you through a few exercises each week, building each week to strengthen and build your focus on using the correct muscles. Tanya also gives a lot of additional information on the Facebook group page. You can tell she is very passionate about helping women. I personally noticed changes/strengthening within the first week!
