POV: you think you’re too old to fix your leaking, you need to have surgery to fix your prolapse, and running to the bathroom every hour or two is “normal” if you’re over 40.

But let me ask you this – Are you too old…

  • To learn how to play a new game?
  • Try a new recipe?
  • Take up a new hobby?

No? Then you’re not too old to fix these issues!
Why? Because the same brain that is capable of learning a new game is also capable of learning how to correct these issues! You might THINK you have a pelvic floor issue, but actually, the biggest culprit is your BRAIN, and that is GOOD news because as long as your brain is working, then YOU are capable of HEALING!
