Gimme that

As a women’s health PT, I’ve learned WAY more working WITH hundreds of women than I could ever learn in a classroom.

But I’ve also learned a few things because of my own personal journey:

+ 5 vaginal births in 9 years

+ Epidurals & non-medicated birth experiences

+ Back labor x2

+ 1 induction

+ Labor that lasted 36 hours & labor that lasted 2 hours!

+ 3rd degree tearing + episiotomy (without consent)

+ Diastasis x5

+ Leaking in 1st year PP 2x

+ Debilitating SI joint pain during pregnancy

+ Chronic back pain postpartum

+ Pubic symphysis dysfunction during pregnancy & postpartum

+ 3rd degree bladder/rectal prolapse

My body has been through a lot! I can celebrate all it’s done for me without degrading it or being frustrated that it might not look like it did 18 yrs ago. Instead, I’m incredibly grateful that I feel strong, healthy, & active to play with my kids. I can run & jump & lift heavy weights.

& I no longer struggle with back or pelvic pain, with prolapse symptoms, or have any leaking or diastasis. 🥳

So not only can I testify to the hundreds of women that I’ve seen heal, but I can also testify to my own healing. Did this take years? Lots of time & work? Thousands of dollars invested?

No.

5 min of exercises/day for 1-2 months. If you talk to my patients, most of them improved in 2-4 appts or after my courses. Some of them joined Refine Fitness & regained their strength that way.

Now they’re:

playing a pick-up basketball game with their kids.

climbing mountains without vaginal pressure.

running marathons & doing CrossFit without needing a pad.

feel more confident without feeling like their ab separation is giving them a baby bump.

giving their kids baths & carrying heavy groceries without back pain.

I’m not unique. While all the women I see are created beautifully & uniquely, their story isn’t different from yours. You are just as capable of healing as they are. You don’t have to be under 40 or in great physical condition. You simply need to be willing to try. You simply need to believe that this IS possible for you too & believe that it IS worth a small investment so YOU can feel well too.
