Want a quick summer workout you can sneak in easily today? Try this one (or save for later!) that incorporates upper body, lower body, core, and cardio!
This workout has 2 sets of 4 exercises each. You’ll do 40 sec of each exercise with a 20-sec break in between. Then you’ll take a 1-minute break and move on to the next set. Run through this 2x for an 18-minute workout, or do it 3-4x for a longer workout!
