Here are TEN things I’d do differently if I had another baby:
1. Train my core preventatively
2. Hire a doula/midwife/consider home birth
3. Give myself more time to recover postpartum
4. Learn more about L&D techniques to help create space for baby
5. Use a lactation consultant ASAP
6. Stay home as long as possible during labor
7. Ask my provider more questions
8. Take all the naps 🙂
9. Not push my body excessively with exercise or activity during pregnancy.
10. Keep visitor time to a minimum at the hospital and early on at home.
