Gimme that

Basically me in my teens and 20s.

I thought walking was for moms, 😉 I literally couldn’t imagine a day without going for a run, and I thought weight training wasn’t worth my time b/c it didn’t burn enough calories.

But when you know better…you do better. REST days are just as important as workout days, WALKS help decrease our stress hormones (while straight cardio raises them), and lifting is truly anti-aging (PS: we’re all aging) woman’s best friend to hold onto our muscle which helps FUEL our metabolism.

Finally, ditching the all-or-none mentality is the key to consistency b/c a partial workout is ALWAYS better than no workout. 😉

Which one of these do you struggle with most?

Want more help? Consider Level-Up, my rehab-meets-fitness membership for the busy mom who has very little time to fit in a shower, less washing her hair! I’ll show you how less is more, how to keep muscle mass on your body even during the busiest stages of life, and how you can take care of all your little people AND take care of yourself, too.
