Gimme that

How my clients go from leaking while jumping/running to enjoying all the activities they love with no leaking symptoms …

Try these FOUR exercises if you struggle with leaking while jumping and running!

Squat – > heel raise (before squat jumps)
Lunge -> heel raise (before lunge jumps)
Alternate leg hop -> (before running)
Step jack (before jumping jacks)

TIPS: work on gently tightening the pelvic floor with each exercise and breathing through it, not holding your breath.

Work first on heel lifts and if that goes well, you can add a small jump and see how your PF responds. If you have no problem with that, you can continue to increase the height of your jump.

Do 3-5 reps. Rest. Analyze how it went. And try again! 🙂

Want more help? Consider taking Pelvic Core, my 4-week online course! We’ll start with building up your foundation in week 1 and will have you working into jumping by week 4. You’ll have full instructions and detailed help every step of the way.

Leave a 🥳 if you’re going to give these a try or tell me how it went!
