This week, we’re celebrating FOUR years of REFINE! 🥳 And…
We have some fun freebies coming your way, so make sure to add us to your favorites here and get on our email list so you don’t miss out on these special offers!
Four years ago, Refine opened its doors out of a small, old house with hopes of helping women in a way that wasn’t available to them through traditional healthcare. I also hoped it would give me the flexibility my family of 7 needed.
Not even a year later, 2020 hit, and the office I was working out of was forced to shut down temporarily, and I had to pivot and find another location quickly. During that time, God provided another location and gave me the idea to try making a course that could help even more women.
The course that I began three years ago has now served hundreds of women around the world, my clinic location has seen hundreds of women pass through its doors from a 3-hour radius of Orange City, and another course (Diastasis 101) and a membership (Level Up) have been developed to continue to serve women in multiple ways.
I say all of that for TWO reasons –
1. God has been good, and He has been faithful! In all things!
2. It has not been easy. There are ALWAYS hard days. But not b/c of my patients. My patients and clients are the very BEST part of Refine. I work with the most amazing women ever! The hard part is all the behind-the-scenes stuff you don’t see – marketing, trying to figure out the algorithm 🤪, balancing home and work life, etc.
BUT… it’s been 100% worth it. Every day I get to help someone is a GOOD day. Every day, I get to see women reaching their goals, and seeing what their bodies are capable of is a GOOD day!
THANK YOU for supporting Refine in one way or another – for deciding to use my services in your prenatal or postpartum journeys, taking a course or joining the membership, referring Refine to others, sharing here on social, sending me encouraging emails, or just asking me how it’s going.
What you don’t see behind the scenes is an amazing business manager who does SO much for me it can’t be crammed into a job description, a crazy supportive husband/cheerleader, family who are always encouraging, and some dear friends who pray for me as I wrestle with decisions or have hard weeks. Refine wouldn’t exist without these people.
